Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Record to report
Job Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
In this role, The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions. Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
- Preparation and Manage teams execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Review and approve financial statements for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors.
- Lead month-end close governance meetings.
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives.
- Develop team capabilities and succession planning.
- SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery.
- Team engagement and performance.
- Successful audits with minimal findings
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.
- Relevant years RTR/Controllership experience, with people management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Leadership and people development.
- Strong accounting and compliance knowledge.
- Process re-engineering and automation exposure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
