Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues over the phone and guide customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure quick resolution.
• Effectively manage and resolve escalated customer cases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately log and update customer complaints, service requests, and resolutions in the designated software or ticketing system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and service quality guidelines while handling customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical customer.
• Regional Language Tamil spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach while handling queries, complaints, and escalations.
