Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
- Update databases regularly and perform data cleaning
2. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Generate dashboards and performance reports for management
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights
3. Excel & Tools Handling
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, macros if applicable)
- Work with tools like Google Sheets or MIS software
- Automate reports where possible
4. Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Gather required data from different departments
- Ensure timely submission of reports
5. Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Verify data before reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow company data policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
