    *Retail Banking QA/Default Servicing Operations Analyst || 1 to 8 Years,10LPA || Hyderabad*


    Eligibility:

    Any Graduate
    Relevant experience in Retail Banking Credit Card Operations

    Location: Hyderabad
    Experience : 1 to 8 years
    Salary: 10 LPA
    Shift: Rotational / US Shift
    Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

    Job Summary:

    We are hiring skilled professionals for Retail Banking Client Default Solutions roles across JL2 / JL3 / JL4 levels. Candidates should have strong experience in US Default Servicing, Collections Operations, Contact Center Quality, Compliance Monitoring, and Banking Operations.

    The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing customer interactions, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, operations governance, and service excellence within a US banking environment.


    *Senior Analyst_ Key Responsibilities:*
    Review customer interactions and identify quality gaps.
    Support default servicing and collections-related operational processes.
    Ensure adherence to compliance and call quality standards.
    Analyze customer conversations and recommend corrective actions.
    Maintain documentation and quality review records.

    *Process Lead_ Key Responsibilities*

    Perform quality audits and compliance monitoring for contact center operations.
    Provide domain expertise in US Default Servicing and Call Quality processes.
    Handle escalations, coach teams, and improve process controls.
    Track quality trends, defects, and performance metrics.
    Support governance reviews and client requirements.

    *Team Leader / Manager__ Key Responsibilities*

    Manage end-to-end delivery of Default QC operations.
    Lead teams to achieve SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
    Ensure adherence to US banking regulations and client controls.
    Review audit findings, quality trends, and defect leakage reports.
    Participate in client calls, governance forums, and leadership reviews.
    Drive continuous improvement and team development initiatives.
