Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Review Sourcer to source, evaluate, and moderate user reviews (paid & organic) while ensuring quality and authenticity. The role involves content review, data analysis, and on-ground research, including site visits to gather real user feedback.

The candidate will work with large datasets, identify trends, and collaborate with teams to improve review quality, user trust, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and review user feedback (paid & organic reviews)
• Check and remove spam, duplicate, or fake reviews
• Ensure all content follows quality and platform guidelines
• Visit sites to collect real feedback from users, brokers, residents
• Work on ways to increase genuine reviews
• Analyze review data to find trends and insights
• Create simple reports based on findings
• Use Excel to track data and maintain records
• Coordinate with content, product, and research teams

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in content sourcing / moderation / analysis
• Background in content, media, or similar field
• Good understanding of content quality and reviews
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling
• Willing to travel for site visits
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Graduate (Journalism / Mass Comm / English / Business preferred)

Good to Have:

• Experience in real estate industry
• Knowledge of property terms and market
• Experience with user-generated content platforms
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or research
