Job description:

I. Essential Skills

• 0-4 years of experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present information in a clear, meaningful, and user-friendly manner.
• Strong understanding of company guidelines and adherence to UGC/content moderation standards.
• Ability to maintain content quality, readability, and tone without compromising accuracy.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and moderate user-generated content (UGC) to ensure quality and compliance.
• Update content in real-time to ensure users receive the latest and most accurate information.
• Meet daily and weekly targets while working within tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with users via calls or emails for data verification and clarification, when required.

III. Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in content writing, proofreading, or copyediting.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in content moderation will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to the study abroad domain is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of popular study destinations and key geographies for Indian students is a plus.
