Join Wipro's HRO Process US Premium International Voice Process (Inbound B2B) team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have 0-3.5 years of work experience and exceptional communication skills, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Details:

- Designation: Customer Service Representative
- Experience: Fresher- 3.5 Years (maximum experience considered is 3 Years)
- Requirements: Strong communication skills, Graduate in specified fields
- Shifts: Fixed (5 days working), Night Shift (US hours)
- Benefits: Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday, Both Side Cab, B2B HRO process
- Notice Period considered up to 45 days
- Salary - 3.75 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc (excluding specific majors)
- MBA, BE, and B.Tech graduates require 6 months of international BPO experience
- B.Tech and Full time MBA Freshers not eligible
