Job Description

Job Title : Connect Blended (Voice/Blended)

Company: Tech Mahindra

Location: Hinjewadi,Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, email, and chat for international clients.

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and timely follow-ups.

Ensure professional communication and adherence to international process guidelines.

Manage escalations effectively and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.

Work in rotational shifts while maintaining process compliance and data confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC/Graduate can apply

1 Year of International Voice/Chat Experience Mandatory

No freshers.

Excellent Communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

3.5LPA-4.75LPA

US Rotational Shifts

2 Rotational Weekoff

Both way Cabs
