Job Role:

. Have the knowledge about Motor Insurance

• Recruit and manage insurance agents for the agency channel
• Support and motivate agents to drive business
• Coordinate with agents in the field and ensure productivity
• Achieve assigned targets through agent network

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maximum age: 29years (Strictly)
• Candidates above 27 years will NOT be considered
  

Important Note:

• This is a field-based role (no direct sales to customers)
• Candidates must be comfortable working in the field with agents
• Only candidates willing to do fieldwork should apply
