Process: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Role:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
• Explain insurance products & benefits
• Drive closures & achieve sales targets
• Maintain customer relationship & follow-ups

Requirements:

• Languages: Bengali / Marathi / Gujarati / Malayalam / Telugu
• Experience: Min. 6 months BPO sales (Insurance preferred)
• Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Communication: Good English (Versant 4 level)
• Immediate joiners highly preferred

Salary: 23K - 24K Inhand | Upto 26,000 CTC

Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 6 Days working / 1 Rotational Off
