Position: Air Export Customer Service

Working Days: Mon - Sat

Time: 10:00 to 6:30

Pricing & Commercial

Quotation Management:

Prepare and issue timely, accurate quotations to customers after receiving the rates from the pricing desk, that will be on specific route, weight, and volume requirements.

Profitability:

Analyze margin performance on shipments and optimize routing to maximize profitability while meeting customer budget expectations.

Customer Service & Operations

Client Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries regarding service options, transit times, and shipment status.

Booking & Coordination: Manage bookings with airlines, ensuring space is secured in line with client requirements.

Exception Management:

Proactively resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with overseas offices, ground handling agents, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo flow.

Cost Booking: After Job execution , cost sheets with buy sell have to be update before sending for billing.
