Job Description

Urgent required for Diet Cook / Chef (Hospital / Healthcare) for a leading Catering Co. in Saudi Arabia.

FREE REQUIREMENT

Job Position: - Diet Cook

Experience: - Mini. 3+ years in exp. in Continental Diet cooking specifically in Hospital's or Healthcare.

Job Role & Responsibilities: -

1) Hospital Patient Meals -

Meal Preparation: Cook hot and cold food items, including special hospital dietary guidelines (e.g., pureed, low-sodium, diabetic, diabetic, renal, soft diet, high-protein, etc.) according to recipes and nutritional requirements.
Follow dietitian instructions for therapeutic diets.
Ensure proper nutrition, taste, and food consistency.
Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
Maintain balanced and nutritious menus
Ensure consistency, taste, and timely service
Coordinate with hostel management for menu planning.

2) Bulk Food Preparation -

Cook Small and Large quantities while maintaining quality and consistency.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of packed meals
Follow hygiene, packing, and portion control standards.

Basic Salary :- Negotiable (Based on your Interview)

Other benefits: - Free Food + Accommodation + Transportation provide by the company & Medical Insurance as per KSA Labour law.

Duty Hours: - 09 Hours (Including 1 Hrs. break) / 6 Days a week.
Contract Period: - 2 years
Passport Status : ECNR only
