Job Title: Regional Sales Manager West
Location: Mumbai



About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team across the West region. The role involves managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and plans
• Manage and grow key customer relationships (Doctors, KOLs)
• Drive team performance, coaching, and development
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Ensure effective implementation of sales processes and tools (CRM)
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and market expansion
• Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• 12+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Experience in medical devices / dental sales - Mandatory
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team handling skills
• Good analytical, planning, and communication abilities
• Experience in handling large territories and driving business growth
