Hiring for Luxury Jewellery Retail Sales

Roles (Multiple Positions)

Position:

  • Retail Sales Officer (RSO)
  • Store Manager

Location:

  • Delhi NCR (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon)
  • Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Off)


Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused professionals for a leading Luxury Jewellery Retail Brand across multiple locations. The role involves delivering premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high retail standards.


Key Responsibilities:

For Retail Sales Officer (RSO):

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements
  • Showcase luxury jewellery collections with detailed product knowledge
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with premium brand standards
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue
  • Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and hygiene standards
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Support billing, inventory handling, and store operations

For Store Manager:

  • Handle complete store operations and drive business performance
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Ensure high-end customer service and brand experience
  • Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and store profitability
  • Manage inventory, stock audits, and loss prevention
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store functioning
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards

Eligibility Criteria:

Retail Sales Officer (RSO):

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Jewellery / Luxury Retail Sales
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Presentable personality with sales-driven approach

Store Manager:

  • Experience: 410 years in Jewellery Retail (including team handling)
  • Minimum 12 years in a leadership role (Store Manager/ASM)
  • Strong leadership, sales, and operational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Luxury Jewellery Retail is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented and customer-centric mindset
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons
