Job Description

Designation: Assistant Relationship Manager || Motor Insurance || Agency Channel (Field Role)

Field sales , Sales , Motor Insurance , Agency channel

Job Role:

. Have the knowledge about Motor Insurance

Recruit and manage insurance agents for the agency channel
Support and motivate agents to drive business
Coordinate with agents in the field and ensure productivity
Achieve assigned targets through agent network

Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum age: 29years (Strictly)
Candidates above 27 years will NOT be considered

Important Note:

This is a field-based role (no direct sales to customers)
Candidates must be comfortable working in the field with agents
Only candidates willing to do fieldwork should apply
