Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and preparation of Employee Relations (ER) reports for further action, including:

Low attendance
Missed punches
Late coming and early leaving
Shift changes and continuous shift monitorin
Ensuring effective management communication across all levels of team members, covering:
Human Resources
Employee Relations
Business Services (Plant)
Coordination of manpower recruitment activities along with the HR team
