Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
Analyze workforce trends using advanced Excel formulas such as COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, and CHARTS to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain complex reports using conditional formatting to identify areas of improvement in recruitment processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective training programs that meet organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

2-4 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, CHARTS) for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to create clear and concise charts using various chart types (e.g., bar graphs, pie charts).
Strong understanding of formulas such as COUNTIF/VLOOKUP for data manipulation.
