We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to join our team at Naidupeta, Tirupati as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our business operations and the ERP system, ensuring smooth daily transactions and user compliance across all departments.
Role & responsibilities
- ERP Administration & User Support: Manage end-to-end user accounts (Creation, Role Assignment, Deactivation, Password resets). Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day transaction issues across all modules, including Inventory, Production, Quality, Order Management, and Procurement.
- End-User Training: Conduct comprehensive ERP onboarding for new employees. Organize periodic training sessions on new procedures and frequently encountered issues to ensure smooth system functioning.
- Reporting & Data Management: Develop and test new reports based on business requirements. Monitor daily reports for transaction abnormalities and provide MIS data to department heads as needed.
- System Testing & Project Coordination: Perform point-to-point testing of new procedures in the development instance before pushing to production. Coordinate testing for newly introduced projects.
- Core Operations Control: Execute vital ERP actions such as blocking lots per QA change controls, removing stocks against approved destruction/non-conformance notes, and preparing new recipes for Outside Processing (Job work).
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Quality Culture principles, environmental management systems (EMS), and departmental guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Relevant experience at the Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level in ERP administration and support.
- Industry Preference: Experience in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of various ERP modules (Production, Quality, Inventory, Procurement).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
