Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Range: 12 - 16 Years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Delivery
- Own endtoend delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Custom Apps).
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum practices and PMO governance.
- Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and budget.
- Ensure quality through welldefined acceptance criteria, QA alignment, and regression readiness.
2. Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical liaison between business and engineering teams.
- Review architecture, solution designs, integration patterns, and data models.
- Guide teams on Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, and coding standards.
- Support technical decisions involving Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps.
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Work closely with business SMEs, product owners, and technical leads.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and stories.
- Conduct steering committee meetings, project updates, and executive dashboards.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth engagement management.
4. Governance, Compliance & DevOps
- Establish and enforce Salesforce DevOps processes (Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset, Git).
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and audit controls.
- Maintain deployment schedules, branching strategy, and release calendars.
- Facilitate UAT cycles, defect triage, and change management.
5. Team Leadership
- Coordinate with multifunctional teams: Developers, Admins, QA, Architects, Integration teams.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure balanced workload distribution.
- Drive productivity through process improvements and automation enablers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 815 years of experience in IT with minimum 46 years in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technical stack:
- Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers
- Flows & automation
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware)
- Security & sharing models
- Data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, APIs)
- Solid experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with DevOps tools: Copado / AutoRABIT / Gearset / Git pipelines.
Ability to handle complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs
