Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our construction chemicals sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the paints or chemical industry.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paints or chemical industry.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics.
