Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP EWM modules.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
