- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI CO components to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP FI CO with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI CO functionalities.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
