Support MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, PIM, and identity governance operations. Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Entra ID, handling incidents, service requests, and access issues. Perform application onboarding, including SSO integration (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), user provisioning, and access validation.
