Role & responsibilities
Automation, workflows, and integrations (APIs, scripts, connectors), AI/ML, copilots, or agentic systems, Design AI-Driven IAM Workflows, IAM, PAM & ITSM Integration, AI Security, Compliance & Data Governance
Preferred candidate profile
- Familiarity with automation, workflows, and integrations (APIs, scripts, connectors) - Most importantly, exposure to AI/ML, copilots, or agentic systems (Im looking for someone with practical, not academic)
- My personal note is this candidate should have a good understanding of how to build AI Products Looking for someone who has already done 0->1, In my simple terminology someone who knows what an AI product is (which is a combination of LLM + MCP + Infra + Security + UX + Governance)
- Design AI-Driven IAM Workflows - Build agentic workflows to automate identity use cases such as access requests, JML exceptions, certifications, policy enforcement, and entitlement reviews.
- Intelligent Access & Risk Analysis - Use AI to analyze identity, entitlement, and activity data to recommend approvals, detect anomalies, and highlight high-risk access patterns.
- IAM, PAM & ITSM Integration -Integrate AI agents with existing IAM tools, PAM platforms, and ServiceNow to orchestrate end-to-end identity operations.
- Human-in-the-Loop Governance - Implement guardrails where AI handles routine tasks, while sensitive IAM, PAM, and NHI decisions require human approval.
- Workflow Optimization & Learning - Continuously improve automation based on audit outcomes, incident trends, and operational feedback.
- AI Security, Compliance & Data Governance - Ensure AI workflows meet Playstations security, privacy, and compliance standards for identity and privileged access data.
