Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and lead the finance team for accounts payable function
- Implement and maintain financial systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Calculate and review the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc in the payroll system (SAP)
- Ensure TAT adherence and prepare analysis of financial documents
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
- Provide data to the MIS team to prepare cost and project details based on the provision records
- Regulate monthly closing of financial documents; post month end registers and verify authenticity of financial statements
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and stakeholders
- Analyze 6 sigma projects and check for enhancements in the process
- Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors on a timely basis to address their queries
- Support in conducting internal and external audits
