9236Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business
• . Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
• Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.
• Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates. Requirements
• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process ) Bachelors degree or above
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
