Job Title: IT/NON IT Recruiter (C2H Hiring)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic IT/NON IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience and a solid understanding of IT/Non IT roles across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT/NON IT recruitment with a primary focus on C2H hiring.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and references.
Understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Negotiate salaries and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and prepare recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in C2H hiring (mandatory).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in permanent hiring (added advantage).
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
