Job Description

Learning & Operations: Understand the end-to-end manufacturing process, including machine operations and assembly line flows.
Production Support: Assist supervisors in daily production planning and ensuring the line meets its output targets.
Quality & Safety: Learn and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and 5S standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and PPE usage on the shop floor.
