Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for multiple positions in the sheet metal and fabrication industry. Candidates with experience in laser cutting, CNC machines, design, production, and quality are encouraged to apply.

• Design Engineer (AutoCAD / SolidWorks)
• Production Engineer
• Supervisor (Shop Floor / Fabrication)
• Quality Engineer
• CNC / VMC Operator
• Bending Machine Operator
• Welder (CO2 / TIG)
• Fitter
• Accountant
• Office Staff (Back Office / Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment as per role
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Maintain quality standards and production targets
• Handle production planning and coordination
• Supervise manpower and shop floor activities
• Maintain documentation and reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in sheet metal / fabrication / manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC machines, bending, welding
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (for design roles)
• Understanding of production process and quality standards
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good communication and team handling skills
• ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical or relevant qualification
• Freshers can apply for junior roles

Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / BE / BCom (as per role)
