Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to production operations and resolve problems promptly.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, including design, development, and implementation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing strategies for raw materials and components.
