Location: Omega Tower, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Near RDB Cinema)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

(Fixed Weekends Off)

The Role: Professional Mediator

As a Medical Coordinator, you will embody a "wise" and calm presence, acting as the critical link between:

US-based Medical Practitioners (Doctors)

Patient Parties

Insurance Companies

Shift & Schedule

Shift Window: 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM (Night Shift).

Duty Hours: Any 9.5 hours within this window, as decided by the Operations Team.

Work Week: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off).

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary : 15,000 to 19,000 per month. (Depending upon experience)

Monthly In-Hand: 13,800 to 17500 per month (Post PF & ESIC deductions).

Attendance Reward: 1,000 monthly bonus for zero absenteeism.

Annual Loyalty Bonus: 15,000 Statutory Bonus upon completion of 1 year.

Healthy Living: Access to nutritious daily meals at a subsidized rate of 35 per day.

Transport & Logistics

Drop Facility: Company-provided transport for safety and convenience after 12:00 AM.

Travel Allowance: If you opt out of the drop facility, you will receive 1,800 monthly allowance.

Candidate Requirements

Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills (mandatory for US client interaction).

Mindset: Disciplined, professional, and ready for a "Work from Office" environment.
