Job Description

Hiring for Airline Process Non Voice (Chat & Email Support)

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Note - Excellent communication skills are required and Preferable age criteria 18-27 years

Job Role:

We are hiring candidates for an Airline Non-Voice Process where the primary responsibility is to handle customer queries via chat and email support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries through chat and email

Provide accurate information regarding airline services

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain quality and turnaround time while resolving queries

Shift Timings:

7:00 AM 4:00 PM

4:30 PM 1:30 AM

(Rotational shifts)

Working Days
5 days working

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 18,000 22,000 (based on experience & interview)

Travel Allowance: 3,500

Employment Type:

Initial 6 months contractual role

Extension based on performance

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent communication skills (MANDATORY)

Good written English for chat & email support

Basic understanding of customer service
