Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager (SM) for the Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) DSA vertical. The role involves managing and developing business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), driving lead generation, ensuring quality sourcing of secured LAP cases, and achieving assigned disbursement and revenue targets. The SM will also be responsible for maintaining strong DSA relationships, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines, and supporting end-to-end processing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
