Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to increase CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition and retention.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for CASA products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with merchants.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the merchant acquiring space.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in CASA sales or related fields.
• Strong understanding of current account, saving account, POS machines, QR codes, EDC systems, and merchant services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
