Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the entire customer acquisition process from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring high conversion rates.
Develop and execute strategies to increase current account opening rates through targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships that drive growth.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer experience.

Job Requirements :

2-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field with a focus on acquisition sales.
Strong understanding of current account products and services offered by banks.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for new customer acquisitions.
