Talent Acquisition Executive @ TP

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to support the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
