Job Description
Position: Senior Executive / Team Leader Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for multiple business units, with a strong focus on BPO/contact center hiring mandates
- Drive sourcing strategies using various channels to attract high-volume and niche talent within the BPO/ITeS domain
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets, especially for bulk and lateral BPO hiring
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
- Conduct and review reference checks and background verification processes
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices, compliance, and organizational policies
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative hiring strategies for BPO hiring
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience in BPO / ITeS hiring (bulk and lateral hiring) is mandatory
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms
