Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities and upselling products.
• Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of service quality.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of CASA products and services offered by banks.
• Excellent business development skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
