Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer support through voice and blended channels to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Upselling skills are mandatory.
Handle a high volume of international voice from various clients in different time zones.
Utilize blended process techniques to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO environment or similar industry.
Proficiency in handling international/domestic (voice/chat processes ), (Voice / chat support) with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of blended process workflows and ability to work effectively under pressure.
