Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software.
