We are currently hiring R2R Executive to join our growing team at Sutherland.
EXP: 1-4- Years
Graduation Must
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate for the Record to Report (R2R) process. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities
- Pass journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist in audit and compliance activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Debit & Credit)
- Good understanding of R2R process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication skills
