Executive Accounts Receivable @ Datamatics

Job Description

We are hiring Commerce Graduates (Freshers & Experienced) for the role of Accounts Receivable for our US-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Invoice Management

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Ensure billing aligns with contracts and pricing agreements
• Handle billing queries and coordinate with internal teams

2. Invoice Posting

• Post invoices in ERP systems with high accuracy
• Maintain documentation and audit trails
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

3. Reconciliation

• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Identify discrepancies and resolve variances
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams

4. Cash Application

• Manage unapplied cash and resolve mismatches
• Follow up on short payments, deductions, and disputes

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Support month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and audit requirements
• Maintain proper data management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com / BAF / BMS / BBA (Semester 6 marksheet mandatory)
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in Accounts / Finance
• Strong accounting fundamentals

Mandatory Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, shortcuts)
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processesRole & responsibilities

Job Location:

Andheri East (MIDC), Mumbai Work from Office

Shift Timing:

US Shift 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
