Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for materials
  • Drive sales through dealers, distributors, franchises, and project customers
  • Develop new accounts in retail, projects, and institutional segments
  • Ensure correct product mix, pricing, and scheme execution

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate material supply as per demand forecasts
  • Liaise with plant / warehouse / logistics teams for timely dispatch
  • Ensure on-time delivery to dealers, projects, and sites
  • Track shortages, damages, and escalations proactively

Channel & Dealer Management

  • Appoint and manage dealers / distributors as per company norms
  • Ensure dealer stocking, visibility, and sales hygiene
  • Support dealers with promotions, demos, and technical coordination
  • Resolve dealer grievances related to supply, pricing, or service
