Job Description
We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager for our security services business. The role involves business development, client handling, tender participation, and managing on-ground security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development -
- Lead generation and client acquisition for security services
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales
- Handle tendering and bidding processes
- Work on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
- Maintain strong client relationships
Operations Management -
- Manage deployment of security guards at client sites
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and service quality
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues
- Coordinate with supervisors and field staff
- Conduct site visits and operational audits

Requirements

- Familiar with industrial, corporate, or residential security operations
