Job Description
As a Malayalam Telesales Executive at Shaadi.com, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers (individuals or families) who have shown interest in the platform. Your goal is to understand their requirements and assist them in choosing the right premium membership plans to increase their chances of finding a suitable life partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through online registrations or other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Educate customers about Shaadi.com's premium membership plans and benefits.
- Persuade potential members or their families to purchase paid subscriptions.
- Handle objections professionally and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up calls in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Coordinate with the customer service and matchmaking teams when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Fresher to 1 year of telesales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer behavior and needs.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
