Job Description

TCS is hiring for Business Analyst (Omni Channel Experience}

Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Shift- Night shift

Immediate Joiners only

Job Overview-

Initiatives

Discovery: Lead workshops and engage in conversations to efficiently uncover business problems and prioritise requirements based on value. Ask the right questions to extract detail from SMEs and challenge assumptions to ensure a commercial lens is applied.
Requirements Documentation: Produce User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional/Non-Functional Requirements for Web, App and Integration (or others as required) teams.
Process Mapping: Create "As-Is" and "To-Be" Process Flows and Customer Journeys that account for digital interfaces and backend operational impacts.
Traceability & UAT: Maintain the requirements trace through build and testing. Support UAT to ensure the delivered solution meets the agreed business need.

Ideal key skills:

Critical Thinking and Omni Channel Logic: Ability to identify edge cases and dependencies in complex retail logic across all 3 of our brands.
Commercial Lens: Ability to quantify the "why" behind a requirement and propose data driven priorities.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing API logic, data flows, and platform stability with engineering teams.
Scrum Master or Project Management Experts with experience and expertise leading Business Analysis for Retail clients
