Reports To: Zonal HR Head
Role Type: Leadership HR Business Partnering


Role Overview

The Regional HR Key Accounts (RHR KA) will act as a strategic HR partner for Sodexos key accounts in the region. The role requires driving HR excellence across talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The incumbent will ensure alignment of HR practices with Sodexos global standards while tailoring solutions to regional and client-specific needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic HR Partnering
    • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support account growth and client satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary HR interface for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of HR services.

  • Talent Management
    • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for critical roles across accounts.
    • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Champion Sodexos values of service spirit, team spirit, and spirit of progress.
    • Implement employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

  • Performance & Capability Development
    • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
    • Facilitate training programs to enhance managerial and technical capabilities.

  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and Sodexos HR policies.
    • Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

  • Change Management
    • Support organizational transformation initiatives, including digital HR adoption and process optimization.
    • Act as a change agent to foster agility and resilience in teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 12-18 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in service or facility management industries.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing HR experience.
    • Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, and employee relations.
    • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
