Role & responsibilities
1 Make outbound calls to candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
2) Screen candidates through initial telephonic conversations
3) Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview slots
4) Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers
5) Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
6) Maintain employee records and HR databases
7) Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation
8) Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
