Designation: Junior Analyst

Sub Process: Payments Investigations

Role: We are looking for a graduate finance fresher to join our banking operations team in a Payment Investigation role. The ideal candidate should have good communication and analytical skills, be open to learning and adapting, and be a quick learner

.

Other requirements:

Candidate should not have any active UAN, since we are completely looking for a Graduate / MBA Fresher.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

2. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

3. Document and report findings accurately

4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes

6. Provide timely and accurate updates on investigations

7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

8. Assist in developing new procedures for payment investigation

9. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills

Criteria:

1. Graduate degree in Finance or related field

2. Good communication skills

3. Strong analytical skills

4. Willingness to learn and adapt

5. Previous internship or project experience in finance

6. Knowledge of banking operations

Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts: 24*7 (Including night shift)

Transport: One Way
