Job Description:-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
Provide comprehensive IT support to users for a wide range of technical challenges.
 Oversee network performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot network problems, and
Ensure optimal functionality
Design, implement, and manage LAN and wireless networks to meet evolving business
needs.
Maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, including tracking utilization, depreciation, and
Lifecycle management.
Conduct regular IT asset audits to ensure accurate records and optimal resource allocation.
Manage IT-related inventory, ensuring deficient issuance of hardware, software, and
accessories to users.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks.
Install and configure software with organizational credentials, adhering to security best
practices.
Generate and manage IT-related reports to track progress, identify trends, and support data driven
decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the IT infrastructure and
Align it with business goals.
Provide timely updates to senior management on critical IT issues and propose strategic
changes to optimize operations.
